Position Overview

We are seeking an Intermediate Architect with strong design sensibility, 3D visualization capability, and technical detailing skills to support ongoing and upcoming projects across all stages—from concept development through detailed design and tender documentation.

The role sits at the core of our design and production workflow, acting as a bridge, partaking, and leading in the processes between concept design and detailed execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural design packages from concept to detailed design
  • Generate and translate sketches and design intent into coherent architectural drawings
  • Produce and coordinate 3D models, renderings, and visual studies as required
  • Prepare detailed drawings, sections, wall details, and schedules
  • Coordinate architectural outputs with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants
  • Support tender and construction documentation
  • Adhere to and maintain drawing standards, consistency, and quality control across packages

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Architecture
  • 4–7 years of professional experience
  • Strong design understanding and architectural judgment
  • Proven experience in detailed design and construction documentation
  • Solid skills in 3D modeling and rendering
  • Proficiency in relevant architectural software (e.g. Archicad, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite)
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within an international team
  • Deliver good quality work on time
  • Bilingual (Ar-En) fluency

Preferred Profile

  • Experience on residential, mixed-use, and cultural projects
  • Exposure to projects in the Gulf region is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple workstreams with clarity and discipline
  • Attention to detail with an understanding of buildability
