Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to support the growth of our architectural practice in Kuwait and the wider region. The role is commission-based and suited to a professional with strong local networks, market awareness, and an understanding of architectural and consultancy services.
The consultant will focus on identifying and introducing qualified project opportunities, supporting client engagement, and facilitating long-term relationships aligned with PAD10’s design and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and introduce potential clients and project opportunities in Kuwait and the region
- Facilitate initial meetings and introductions with qualified clients
- Support relationship development with private clients, developers, and institutional stakeholders
- Assist in positioning PAD10’s architectural and consultancy services within the local market
- Coordinate with the Principal Architect on client engagement and follow-ups
- Maintain discretion, professionalism, and alignment with the firm’s values and design approach
Required Qualifications & Profile
- Proven experience in business development, consultancy, or client relations within the architecture, engineering, construction, or real estate sectors
- Strong professional network in Kuwait and/or the Gulf region
- Clear understanding of architectural services and project lifecycles
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and decision-makers
- Self-motivated, structured, and results-oriented
Engagement Terms
- Commission-based remuneration, linked to successfully secured projects
- Engagement as an independent consultant
- Non-exclusive arrangement, subject to agreed professional boundaries
- Detailed commercial terms to be defined upon engagement
