Recently, we have been managing the construction for a villa envelope, translating the architectural intent into a coordinated and carefully executed façade.
In parallel, at the request of the owner, we have been also managing the interior construction through —designed by others—bridging design, procurement, site coordination and execution to optimize the construction process, resolve interfaces early, and maintain continuity between envelope and interior works.
