Role Overview
We are seeking a CAD Draftsman with proven experience in architectural detailing, engineering coordination, and interior carpentry drawings. The role involves producing precise technical documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting project delivery from design intent through execution.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations.
- Develop interior carpentry and joinery shop drawings with complete dimensions, materials, and fixing details.
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to ensure consistency across all drawings.
- Review and update drawings based on site conditions, consultant feedback, and project changes.
- Maintain drawing standards, layers, and office templates.
- Assist architects in preparing as-built drawings and documentation as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit or other BIM tools a plus).
- Demonstrated experience in architectural detailing and interior carpentry/joinery drawings.
- Ability to integrate and coordinate with engineering drawings.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for collaboration with architects, engineers, and site teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
