Communications Manager – PAD10

The Communications Manager will be responsible for ensuring a strong internal and external communications strategies, continue to be developed and implemented to support the work of the company

Roles/responsibilities:

  • Start a Communications unit, to do the following:
    • Raise awareness towards what each does and is doing, making sure the world gets a good insight
    • Develop a procedure with every entity to ensure the following:
      • Proper documentation of a project at closing
      • Proper documentation of select projects during progress
    • Ensure proper presence and periodical updating on 4 platforms:
      • Own websites
      • Facebook page
      • Linkedin
      • Instagram
    • Develop and periodically update format for RFP’s, including:
      • Project sheets
      • CV’s of main personnel
      • Technical qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication or marketing
  • 5 years of professional experience or equivalent
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, able to manage multiple projects, and work effectively under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize communications tools to achieve campaign objectives
  • Experience managing an organization’s social media presence and knowledge of social media trends
  • Demonstrated track record of working with the media and organizing successful media events
  • Strong grasp of design is preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including strong copy-editing skills
  • Must be a self-starter who possesses a high degree of initiative

Position Availability in Kuwait PAD10: Part-Time or Full-Time
